- • The Learning & Development Coordinator at Perforce Software, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting the growth and development of employees across a global organization, ensuring that learning initiatives are effectively designed, delivered, and aligned with business goals to foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
- • Day to day, the coordinator will assist in the planning, scheduling, and administration of training programs, manage learning management system (LMS) activities, track participant progress and completion metrics, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and support the logistics of virtual and in-person learning events.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role
- • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and experience managing training logistics
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
