📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development journeys for new managers, mid-level leaders, and high-potential ICs across India and APAC. You will architect blended programs that combine live workshops, self-paced micro-learning, peer coaching circles, and on-the-job action projects, ensuring every element maps to Freshworks’ core values and strategic OKRs.
• • Translate global leadership curricula into culturally resonant experiences for India and APAC audiences while safeguarding learning rigor. This includes rewriting case studies, swapping examples, adjusting facilitation techniques, and aligning assessments to local business realities—always measuring impact against the same global KPIs.
• • Serve as the primary facilitator for flagship programs such as “FreshLead” (new manager bootcamp) and “Next50” (mid-level acceleration). You will run cohort kick-offs, virtual labs, and in-person immersions, employing storytelling, coaching circles, and experiential simulations to drive 90 %+ completion and 4.5/5 satisfaction scores.
• • Operate as the single-threaded owner of program logistics: annual calendar, nomination workflows, LMS configuration, vendor contracts, venue booking, travel, swag, and post-program reinforcement emails. You will build and maintain a real-time dashboard that surfaces attendance, NPS, skill uplift, and business impact to HRBPs and the CHRO.
• • Leverage AI-enabled authoring tools (e.g., Synthesia, Articulate Rise AI, Docebo Shape) to auto-generate micro-videos, adaptive quizzes, and personalized learning paths. Pilot chatbot coaches that nudge managers to apply new behaviors and feed performance data back into program iterations.
• • Partner with HRBPs and business unit heads to embed learning in the flow of work: co-create pre-work assignments tied to live OKRs, secure executive sponsors for capstone projects, and schedule manager check-ins that reinforce new habits. Your goal is to move metrics like promotion readiness, engagement, and retention—not just smile-sheet scores.
• • Build and socialize a measurement framework that links learning investments to revenue, cost savings, and employee experience. You will design A/B tests, regression analyses, and predictive models that forecast which participants are most likely to become top-quartile leaders within 18 months.
• • Curate and manage a network of external facilitators, executive coaches, and content vendors. Negotiate SOWs, monitor quality, and maintain a bench of specialists who can be deployed at short notice for hyper-local or hyper-technical topics.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation by running quarterly “L&D labs” where employees beta-test VR leadership simulations, AI role-play bots, and nudge-based mobile apps. You will publish case studies that influence learning strategy across Freshworks’ global offices in the US, EMEA, and ANZ.
• • Present quarterly business reviews to the SVP People and the India leadership team, translating complex analytics into crisp narratives that secure continued investment and executive air cover for bold learning initiatives.
