- • Own the end-to-end creation of best-in-class learning experiences that turn complex data-analytics concepts into intuitive, memorable journeys for thousands of Alteryx users across sales, marketing, finance, and real-estate teams worldwide.
- • Partner closely with Learning Experience Designers, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to translate product roadmaps into modular, multi-modal curricula—ranging from bite-size micro-learning to immersive certification tracks—delivered via Docebo LMS, Seismic CMS, and Cornerstone Galaxy.
- • Architect visually compelling content in Storyline 360 and Rise, leveraging PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma to craft pixel-perfect slides, infographics, and interactive assets that meet strict brand and accessibility guidelines while keeping learners engaged from the first click to the final quiz.
- • Shepherd every asset through the full content lifecycle: ideation, storyboarding, production, QA, version control, publishing, localization hand-offs, archival, and sunset—ensuring that every course, video, job aid, and release note is findable, searchable, and always up to date.
- • Conduct rigorous quality-assurance testing across devices and browsers, validating SCORM packages, tracking pixels, completion rules, and analytics tags so that learning data is accurate, secure, and ready for executive dashboards.

- • Champion accessibility and inclusive design, applying WCAG 2.1 standards, alt-text, captions, and keyboard navigation so every learner—regardless of ability—can master Alteryx with confidence.
- • Contribute to the evolution of our learning governance framework: taxonomies, metadata standards, naming conventions, and archival policies that keep our content ecosystem scalable as the product portfolio grows.
- • Embrace a growth mindset by experimenting with emerging formats—interactive simulations, scenario-based VR, podcast-style audio lessons—and sharing findings in monthly guild sessions that elevate the entire Enablement organization.
- • Travel up to 10% per year to film on-location customer stories, facilitate live workshops, and present at Alteryx user conferences, capturing authentic use cases that fuel future content.

- • Proven track record managing content within enterprise-grade LMS (Docebo or Cornerstone Galaxy) and CMS (Seismic); familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- • Exceptional project-management and organizational skills—comfortable juggling multiple concurrent deliverables under tight product-release deadlines without compromising quality.
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into clear, concise, learner-centric language for global audiences.
