- • Design, deliver, and evaluate customized learning programs using adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
- • Partner with financial institutions, SMEs, and vendors to align training initiatives with organizational goals and performance outcomes.
- • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance learner retention, job performance, and knowledge transfer across diverse audiences.
- • Ensure compliance with Velera’s brand standards, marketing guidelines, and inclusive workplace values.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, equity, and inclusion in all learning and development activities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Adult Learning, Education, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
- • 2–5 years of training and development experience, including needs analysis, program development, training delivery, and performance consulting.
- • 2 years of professional knowledge in financial services (credit cards, merchant activity, debit cards, lending, etc.).
- • Experience with a learning management system (LMS).
- • Payment processing knowledge (First Data, FIS, Mastercard, Visa, ATM).
