📋 Description

• As a Learning Project Coordinator at Inizio Engage, you will play a vital role in delivering learning and capability programs for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, focusing on bringing learning experiences to life through collaboration with subject matter experts and ensuring high-quality program delivery that drives real behavior change.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle, tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, coordinating project setup, leading small learning projects, acting as a client liaison, managing budgets and invoices, supporting Statements of Work, and fostering communication and collaboration across Nazaré and Inizio Engage teams.
• You will join Nazaré, Inizio Engage’s leading Learning & Capability brand, which designs and delivers impactful training experiences for pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to improve performance through behavior change, and report directly to the Learning Delivery Manager.
• In this role, you will develop strong project coordination, client management, and financial tracking skills while gaining deep exposure to the healthcare communications industry, enhancing your ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and contribute to team success in a values-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar Project Coordination role, ideally within a healthcare communications agency
• Demonstrated understanding of tracking and monitoring project milestones and costs to ensure profitability and identify budget challenges
• Proven client management skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in formatting using PowerPoint
• Experience working within deadlines across multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational level
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and passion for learning, capability development, and diverse approaches to program and solution development
