You will be the linchpin connecting various cross-functional teams, including talented writers, skilled trainers, insightful consultants, and innovative digital designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and unified project execution.

You will report directly into the Learning Delivery Manager, contributing to the strategic direction and operational excellence of the learning delivery function.
• • **Project Management Excellence:** You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project phases are meticulously planned and executed. This includes maintaining up-to-date timelines, implementing and adhering to company processes and tools, and ensuring all project documentation is current and comprehensive. Your role involves diligently tracking project progress, maintaining detailed action logs, capturing accurate meeting notes, and producing clear, concise status reports for all stakeholders. A key aspect of this role is your ability to effectively prioritize your workload, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
• • **Commercial and Financial Acumen:** You will be responsible for accurately scoping projects based on detailed client briefs, and then managing the subsequent delivery phases with precision. This involves developing and rigorously tracking project budgets, managing invoicing processes, performing reconciliations, and generating insightful financial reports.
