- • Act as the primary bridge between CLEAResult’s business leaders, utility clients, and cross-functional IT teams, ensuring every technical decision accelerates the transition to a carbon-neutral future.
- • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise implementations—requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, deployment, and post-launch optimization—while adhering to Agile best practices and delivering measurable ROI.
- • Lead collaborative workshops with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to field engineers, distilling diverse needs into concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that guide developers and QA teams.
- • Champion data-driven decision-making by designing and executing comprehensive test plans, defect triage processes, and performance benchmarks that validate Magento e-commerce workflows and Salesforce CRM integrations.
- • Continuously assess emerging energy-industry trends—such as demand-response IoT devices, dynamic pricing engines, and AI-driven load forecasting—and translate those insights into roadmap recommendations that keep CLEAResult three steps ahead of the market.
- • Develop executive-level presentations that translate technical progress into business value, securing buy-in for new initiatives and ensuring alignment across 60+ offices in the U.S. and Canada.
- • Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teammates on best practices for documentation, stakeholder management, and change-control governance, reinforcing a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
- • Optimize program scalability by standardizing reusable templates, automated testing scripts, and configuration playbooks that reduce deployment time-to-market by up to 30 % while maintaining 99 %+ data accuracy.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor during client QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), leveraging analytics dashboards to highlight energy-savings achievements, uncover new revenue opportunities, and strengthen multi-year partnerships.
- • Influence enterprise-wide change-management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption of new platforms by 1,000+ internal users and tens of thousands of external program participants.
- • Maintain rigorous compliance with utility regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and environmental standards, turning complex mandates into user-friendly system rules that protect both client data and the planet.
- • Collaborate with product-management and UX teams to refine customer-facing portals, ensuring intuitive self-service experiences that drive higher enrollment in energy-rebate programs and reduce call-center volume.
- • Contribute to CLEAResult’s people-first culture by participating in Employee Resource Groups, leading lunch-and-learn sessions, and leveraging paid volunteer time to support local sustainability initiatives.
