- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Leasing and Tenant Services Specialist to support leasing operations and tenant experience across a US residential property portfolio, playing a central role in maintaining high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and property upkeep.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound leasing inquiries, scheduling showings, guiding prospective tenants through applications, preparing and managing lease agreements and renewals, monitoring rent collection, following up on delinquencies, coordinating maintenance and repair requests via vendor management, building strong tenant relationships, managing move-in/move-out processes including inspections and deposit tracking, maintaining accurate tenant records in property management systems, and providing regular updates to property owners on occupancy and maintenance status.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of leasing or property management experience within the US residential real estate market
- • Demonstrated experience across leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination
- • Working knowledge of US leasing practices, rental agreements, and tenant management processes
- • Experience using US property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar
- • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.), and have ideally worked with US-based companies
