📋 Description

• • Manage the full leasing lifecycle for a large portfolio of single-family homes, including marketing, property tours, application processing, and finalizing rental agreements.
• • Conduct pre-showing and pre-occupancy inspections to ensure all properties are move-in ready and meet operational standards.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, maintaining professional, timely, and clear communication throughout the rental process.
• • Lead, train, and support leasing personnel on sales strategies, process execution, compliance protocols, and customer experience standards.
• • Identify performance gaps within the leasing team and establish measurable goals to improve occupancy rates and leasing outcomes.
• • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine marketing plans, incentive programs, and leasing strategy reviews.
• • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date lease and renewal documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• • Conduct regular file audits and review month-to-month (MTM) leases to ensure alignment with revenue management systems and policy guidelines.
• • Manage the lease expiration matrix, proactively tracking renewal dates and updating CRM and leasing systems with precise data.
• • Lead external marketing and advertising efforts for leasing, including daily updates to online property listings across multiple platforms.
• • Track and analyze advertising effectiveness, leasing traffic sources, and team performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.
• • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports detailing occupancy trends, application volumes, conversion rates, and team KPIs.
• • Ensure all leasing operations adhere to company standards and operational discipline in a fast-scaling, high-volume environment.
• • Drive occupancy through proactive sales execution and customer-centric engagement, avoiding one-size-fits-all approaches to property management.
• • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to align leasing activities with broader company goals and tech-driven operational models.
• • Maintain exceptional organizational standards and attention to detail across all documentation, reporting, and system updates.
