- • The Legal Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to Client Legal Services Attorneys at Allstate, ensuring efficient handling of legal documentation, case management, and stakeholder communication in a remote setting.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing attorney calendars, preparing and filing legal pleadings and documents (including e-filing), coordinating depositions, processing high volumes of email correspondence, maintaining case files, monitoring deadlines, and serving as a primary point of contact for courts, counsel, and internal teams.
- • Allstate is a leading insurance provider with over 90 years of innovation in protecting families, known for advancing safety standards, pricing sophistication, telematics, and identity protection, and now offers remote work opportunities with full technology support.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior exposure to a legal, litigation, claims, or professional services environment
- • No-Fault experience
- • Basic familiarity with legal documents and processes such as pleadings, filings, calendaring, and document management
- • Experience supporting multiple priorities, deadlines, or stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- • Comfort working with electronic filing systems, document management tools, and high volumes of electronic correspondence
- • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and professional communication abilities
