📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects for enterprise legal and compliance teams, from onboarding through full rollout
• Deconstruct complex legal and compliance workflows to identify manual processes where AI can automate tasks and deliver 80% faster reviews and 4x productivity gains
• Translate real-world legal documents and regulatory requirements into structured logic that Haast’s agentic AI system can execute
• Build trust and adoption among senior legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders by clearly demonstrating the platform’s value and functionality
• Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers during implementation, providing clear pathways to resolution without relying on external escalation
• Feed live customer insights, pain points, and usage patterns directly into Product and Engineering teams to shape Haast’s product roadmap
• Develop and document repeatable implementation playbooks to scale global deployment across Tier-1 enterprises
• Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and Haast’s internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes
• Act as a subject matter expert on legal and compliance workflows, leveraging firsthand experience to validate AI outputs and refine system behavior
• Educate clients on how to use, interpret, and rely on Haast’s AI-driven compliance solutions, reducing dependency on manual review
• Identify friction points in existing compliance processes that are invisible to non-practitioners and design AI-driven solutions to eliminate them
• Maintain deep understanding of global regulatory environments to ensure AI implementations remain compliant across jurisdictions
• Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum impact on client efficiency and risk reduction
• Contribute to a culture of engineering-led innovation by challenging assumptions and proposing systemic improvements based on real-world legal practice

🎯 Requirements

• Practiced law, worked inside a legal or compliance function, or advised on legal and regulatory matters in a consulting capacity
• Demonstrated experience understanding how enterprise legal and compliance teams operate under pressure
• Credibility to engage and influence senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one
• Strong systems-thinking mindset focused on fixing processes, not just executing within them
• Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building new systems rather than following established procedures
• Curiosity about AI tools and experience experimenting with how they can be applied to legal workflows
