- • Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects for enterprise legal and compliance teams, from initial onboarding through full-scale rollout
- • Work directly with senior legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deconstruct existing workflows and identify operational friction points where AI can automate tasks
- • Translate unstructured legal documents, policies, and regulatory requirements into structured logic that Haast’s AI platform can interpret and act upon
- • Build trust and drive adoption among legal and compliance users by clearly explaining platform capabilities, addressing concerns, and providing hands-on training
- • Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers during implementation, identifying clear pathways to resolve challenges without compromising compliance standards
- • Capture and synthesize live customer feedback from enterprise deployments to inform product roadmap prioritization and feature development
- • Design and document repeatable implementation playbooks to scale Haast’s global customer onboarding process across industries and jurisdictions
- • Serve as the primary bridge between customer teams and internal Product and Engineering teams, ensuring real-world legal workflow insights directly shape platform evolution
- • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align implementation strategy with client goals and success metrics
- • Maintain deep understanding of legal and compliance operations in commercial, regulatory, or corporate environments to ensure AI solutions are contextually accurate and practically viable
- • Act as a trusted advisor to General Counsels and compliance leaders, translating technical AI functionality into business value and risk mitigation outcomes
- • Demonstrate fluency in the language, pressures, and constraints of legal teams to position Haast as a natural extension of their existing workflows
- • Continuously refine implementation approaches based on real-world usage data, customer feedback, and emerging compliance trends
- • Proactively identify opportunities to expand Haast’s use cases within existing client accounts by mapping additional compliance areas to AI automation potential
- • Represent Haast at client meetings, industry events, and internal strategy sessions as a subject-matter expert in legal compliance workflows and AI implementation
🎯 Requirements
- • Practiced law or worked inside a legal or compliance function at a professional level, ideally in a commercial, compliance, or regulatory context
- • Sufficient tenure in a legal or compliance role to deeply understand how these teams operate under real-world pressure, not just theoretical knowledge
- • Credibility to confidently engage and influence senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong preference for building systems and processes over purely executing defined tasks
- • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and experience experimenting with or applying AI to legal or compliance work
- • Customer-facing experience with a focus on implementation, training, and adoption
