📋 Description

• • Provide legal support for day-to-day commercial operations, including corporate and cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions for a global fintech client.
• • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• • Advise on strategic business initiatives from a legal perspective, identifying and mitigating legal risks in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• • Collaborate closely with internal teams to anticipate legal challenges and deliver timely, practical legal solutions that support operational efficiency.
• • Deliver legal counsel specifically focused on payments and fintech-related commercial activities, including payment processing, licensing, compliance, and third-party vendor agreements.
• • Work in a flexible arrangement—remote, onsite, or hybrid—based on client requirements and project needs.
• • Engage with world-class clients, including Fortune 100 organizations, to support high-impact legal matters in the global payments ecosystem.
