  • • As a Legal Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing a wide array of legal agreements that underpin Ferguson's extensive commercial operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive lifecycle of contracts, from initial review and revision to negotiation, drafting, and finalization. This includes, but is not limited to, major account agreements, consulting agreements, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), standard terms and conditions, and responses to requests for quotes and proposals (RFQs/RFPs) with both customers and vendors.
  • • A core aspect of this position involves developing and maintaining a profound understanding of Ferguson's contract templates, established contract policies, and the associated legal risks and liabilities. You will be instrumental in assessing and managing company risk tolerance, ensuring that all contractual engagements align with Ferguson's strategic objectives and legal frameworks. This requires a meticulous approach to detail and a keen awareness of the potential implications of contractual terms.
  • • You will be tasked with fostering and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders across various departments. This proactive engagement is essential for facilitating contractual business relationships that are not only legally sound but also commercially advantageous, driving mutual success and operational efficiency. Your ability to translate complex legal language into actionable business insights will be highly valued.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve preparing contracts for internal review and securing necessary approvals.
