  • • Manage the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements, including drafting, review, redlining, execution, renewal, and compliance tracking
  • • Draft and negotiate key commercial documents such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Order Forms, pilot agreements, and related contractual instruments
  • • Support customer contract negotiations by balancing business objectives with legal risk mitigation, ensuring timely deal progression
  • • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and documentation requests across sales, finance, engineering, and operations teams
  • • Complete client security questionnaires, vendor due diligence submissions, and compliance documentation required for enterprise procurement processes
  • • Assist in SOC 2 compliance reviews and related audit preparations, ensuring contractual obligations align with security and regulatory standards
  • • Maintain and update contract repositories, standardized templates, playbooks, and documentation protocols to ensure consistency and scalability
  • • Build and improve operational systems including trackers, dashboards, and workflows to increase visibility into contract status, obligations, and renewal dates
  • • Collaborate with finance teams on invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, collections follow-up, and revenue operations processes tied to contract execution
  • • Develop commercial proposals, business case summaries, and supporting materials to enable customer-facing sales and partnership opportunities
  • • Partner directly with founders, external counsel, engineering, and cross-functional leadership to resolve contractual roadblocks and accelerate deal velocity
  • • Ensure all agreements comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the company’s growth trajectory in a fast-paced startup environment
  • • Simplify complex contractual terms and conditions for non-legal stakeholders to facilitate faster decision-making and alignment across departments
  • • Operate independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements in contract management
  • • Oversee contract renewals and compliance obligations to prevent revenue leakage and maintain continuous customer relationships
  • • Support customer procurement processes by providing timely, accurate documentation and responding to technical and legal inquiries
  • • Maintain strict attention to detail in all contractual documentation, ensuring accuracy in terms, dates, parties, and obligations
  • • Work within U.S. business hours and align with Miami, Florida time zone for coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • • Participate in occasional in-person team meetings in Miami, Florida as required

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, or a related role
  • • Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements with enterprise customers
  • • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts including MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and service agreements
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
  • • Ability to manage multiple contracts, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Compensation: $84,000 - $96,000 USD
  • • Remote work within Latin America
  • • Must overlap with Miami, Florida business hours
  • • Observance of U.S. holidays
  • • Occasional travel to Miami for team onsite meetings
