🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level legal counsel qualification with substantial professional experience advising on, drafting, and executing legal documents and transactions within the EU or UK legal frameworks.
- • Demonstrated skill in evaluating legal documents, identifying compliance risks, and assessing the practicality and soundness of legal reasoning across contexts such as contracts, regulatory advice, and dispute scenarios.
- • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide structured, critical feedback on complex legal content with clarity and precision.
- • Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with responsiveness and reliability in task completion.
- • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and processes, including written assessments and AI-mediated interactions.
- • Willingness to undergo a straightforward screening process involving a legal reasoning test, AI-based interview, and identity/credential verification.
