- • As Legal Counsel in Spotify’s Licensing and Business Development team, you will play a critical role in enabling Spotify’s global expansion by supporting strategic partnerships that bring music and audio content to listeners worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex licensing, distribution, and business development agreements; advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and opportunities; and ensuring compliance with intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- • You will work within a dynamic, cross-functional legal team embedded in Spotify’s global business operations, collaborating closely with business development, finance, product, and engineering teams to structure innovative deals that drive platform growth and user engagement.
