• • The core of this role involves acting as a pivotal liaison between Legora's innovative platform and its esteemed clientele. You will serve as a thought partner to clients, cultivating robust, trusted relationships. Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing complex pain points, and uncovering high-value opportunities that encourage clients to expand their utilization of the Legora platform. This requires a deep understanding of both legal operations and the capabilities of our technology.
• • You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team, taking comprehensive ownership of client relationships. This encompasses managing pilot programs during the initial stages, facilitating the onboarding of new users, and ultimately guiding the firm-wide adoption of Legora across major law firms and corporate legal departments. Your ability to navigate these relationships will be critical to client retention and growth.
• • A crucial aspect of this position is acting as the internal advocate for the user. You will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing client feedback and insights, which will directly influence product development, inform roadmap priorities, and shape the strategic direction of Legora. This feedback loop is essential for ensuring our product remains aligned with market needs.
