• • As a Legal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and the intricate world of legal practice. This unique position blends elements of legal operations, product specialization, solutions architecture, and client relationship management. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients, comprising some of the world's most respected legal teams, derive maximum value and utility from the Legora platform.
• • Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic thought partner for clients, cultivating robust, trusted relationships, and adeptly addressing complex pain points. You will identify high-value opportunities for clients to expand their utilization of Legora's capabilities, thereby enhancing their operational efficiency and strategic outcomes. This involves collaborating closely with the Customer Success team to assume complete ownership of client relationships. Your involvement will span the entire client lifecycle, from orchestrating successful pilots in the initial stages and onboarding new users to guiding comprehensive firm-wide adoption within major law firms and corporate legal departments.
• • You will serve as the crucial "voice of the user" within Legora, channeling client feedback and practical insights directly into product development cycles. This ensures that our product roadmap, strategic priorities, and overall direction are deeply informed by the needs and experiences of those using our platform. Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering clear, confident, and engaging product demonstrations and training sessions, effectively showcasing the transformative power of our platform to diverse audiences.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve documenting best practices, contributing to the development of scalable playbooks, and actively shaping the methodologies that will drive the global expansion of this function. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through one of the most significant paradigm shifts in the legal industry: the integration and impact of AI. This includes assisting them in evaluating the return on investment (ROI) and overall impact of AI technologies, as well as clearly mapping how AI will influence and transform various legal practice areas.
