- • As a Legal Engineer Associate at Legora, you will sit at the intersection of law, technology, and product, gaining hands-on experience in how cutting-edge AI is transforming the legal industry while contributing directly to the development, testing, and adoption of the platform.
- • You will support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training; design and evaluate use cases showcasing AI on real legal tasks like contract review, research, and drafting; capture user insights and translate them into actionable feedback for product improvements; and document best practices to contribute to internal playbooks for scaling legal AI deployment.
- • You will work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where ownership, excellence, and growth are valued over titles and ego.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in legal tech, sharpen analytical and communication skills, and make tangible contributions to how thousands of lawyers use AI daily—building a foundation for a career at the forefront of legal innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed J.D. preferred; some legal or legal innovation work experience (e.g., paralegal, clerk) required
- • 0-2 years of experience (Trainee/paralegal level)
- • Strong communicator able to translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently
- • Analytical and detail-oriented: capable of evaluating AI outputs and spotting where AI meets or misses the mark
- • Adaptable and proactive: comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, bringing structure to ambiguity
- • Tech curious: eager to engage with AI, product features, and workflow automation; not afraid to experiment with prompt engineering
