- • Build custom AI agents, playbooks, and prompts tailored to the specific workflows and needs of Harvey’s strategic legal customers.
- • Scope and design bespoke legal solutions by collaborating directly with senior in-house counsel and law firm partners to map their processes and translate requirements into functional AI tools.
- • Prototype, test, and iterate on custom solutions within Harvey’s enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and measurable outcomes.
- • Pilot new Harvey platform features prior to general release, providing real-world feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape future development.
- • Communicate customer feedback and market insights to internal teams to identify high-impact enhancements for the broader platform.
- • Create and document reusable assets, templates, and best practices to accelerate future deployments and improve scalability across customer implementations.
- • Travel onsite to meet with key stakeholders, conduct workshops, and support the rollout of AI tools within customer organizations.
- • Partner with Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to drive customer success and contribute to measurable growth metrics.
- • Gain deep familiarity with Harvey’s platform and solution-building methodology, becoming a trusted expert in deploying AI for legal workflows.
- • Maintain a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing usability, efficiency, and outcomes in every solution developed.
- • Act with decisiveness, simplicity, and persistence — adhering to Harvey’s core values of Job’s Not Finished and delivering results even under ambiguity.
- • Contribute to the transformation of legal services through AI by identifying opportunities to automate complex, high-value legal tasks.
- • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and their practical applications in legal practice to continuously improve solution design.
- • Ensure all custom solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with client confidentiality standards.
- • Document implementation processes and outcomes to enable knowledge sharing and institutional learning across the team.
- • Support the scaling of Harvey’s Custom Solutions offering by refining deployment frameworks and reducing time-to-value for new customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team
- • Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results
- • Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality, and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience
- • Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI
- • Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus
