- • Build custom AI agents, playbooks, and prompts tailored to the specific legal workflows of strategic Harvey customers.
- • Scope and design bespoke legal solutions by deeply understanding customer needs, mapping their internal processes, and translating them into functional AI-driven tools.
- • Collaborate directly with senior legal stakeholders to establish trust, gather requirements, and ensure successful adoption of Harvey’s AI tools within their organizations.
- • Prototype, test, and iterate on custom solutions through pilot programs, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
- • Pilot new Harvey platform features before general release, providing real-world feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape future development.
- • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to internal teams to identify high-impact product enhancements and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- • Create and document reusable assets, templates, and best practices to accelerate future deployments and standardize successful approaches across clients.
- • Travel onsite to customer locations to build relationships, conduct training, and support the rollout of custom AI solutions in real-world legal environments.
- • Partner with Harvey’s Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to drive measurable growth through successful customer implementations.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Harvey’s enterprise-grade AI platform, rapidly acquiring expertise in its capabilities and limitations to deliver optimal solutions.
- • Demonstrate curiosity in testing multiple approaches, evaluating solution quality, and continuously optimizing for customer experience and legal outcomes.
- • Contribute to the transformation of legal services through AI by applying practical legal experience to solve real-world professional challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team
- • Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results
- • Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality, and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience
- • Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI
- • Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus
