- • Build custom AI agents, playbooks, and prompts tailored to the specific workflows and needs of Harvey’s strategic legal customers.
- • Scope and design bespoke legal technology solutions by deeply understanding client processes, pain points, and operational goals.
- • Collaborate directly with senior legal stakeholders to map their workflows, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure successful adoption of Harvey’s AI tools.
- • Prototype, test, and iterate on custom solutions through pilot programs, gathering real-world feedback to refine functionality and user experience.
- • Serve as a bridge between customers and Harvey’s Product and Engineering teams by surfacing high-impact feature requests, usability insights, and product enhancement opportunities.
- • Create and document reusable assets, templates, and best practices to accelerate future deployments and standardize high-quality solution delivery.
- • Travel onsite to client locations to build relationships, conduct workshops, and support the rollout of custom AI tools in live legal environments.
- • Stay current with Harvey’s platform capabilities and rapidly learn new features to leverage them effectively in custom solution development.
- • Partner with Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to align custom projects with broader company growth objectives and product roadmap priorities.
- • Maintain a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing outcomes that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the quality of legal service delivery.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the legal industry by applying AI to solve complex, high-stakes professional problems with scalable, repeatable methods.
- • Operate with decisiveness, simplicity, and relentless follow-through, adhering to Harvey’s core values of Job’s Not Finished and action over perfection.
- • Document and communicate market feedback clearly and concisely to inform product development and strategic decision-making across the organization.
- • Ensure all custom solutions are securely deployed within the customer’s dedicated Harvey instance, maintaining data integrity and compliance standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team
- • Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results
- • Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality, and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience
- • Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI
- • Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus
