• • The Legal Engineer - Product Specialist role at Harvey AI is a pivotal position that bridges legal expertise with product adoption, enabling top-tier law firms and corporate legal teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into their daily workflows. This role is critical to driving customer success, expansion, and long-term retention by translating legal needs into actionable product insights and ensuring clients derive maximum value from Harvey’s platform.
• • Day to day, the incumbent will build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams, design and lead onboarding and training sessions, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, surface adoption barriers through empathetic user engagement, translate legal workflows into product feedback, monitor usage trends to detect at-risk accounts, and contribute to customer-facing enablement content such as training guides and FAQs.
