- • Your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of inbound calls from individuals facing significant financial distress. These callers may be experiencing immediate crises such as lawsuits, wage garnishments, or vehicle repossessions, making your ability to establish trust, convey empathy, and act with urgency paramount. You are not merely scheduling appointments; you are a conversion-focused specialist whose effectiveness directly contributes to client acquisition and the firm's success.
- • You will conduct structured intake conversations, meticulously assessing each potential client's financial circumstances and determining their eligibility for bankruptcy. This involves clearly and reassuringly explaining the different bankruptcy options available, such as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, in a way that is easily understood by individuals who may be unfamiliar with legal jargon.
