- • The Legal Operations Contract Manager will be a key member of PTC's Legal Operations team, responsible for optimizing the contract lifecycle management process, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and administering the CLM system, developing and maintaining contract policies, collaborating with legal, sales, and finance teams to streamline workflows, leading technology evaluations, conducting contract audits, delivering training programs, generating reports on contract metrics, assisting with contract negotiation and drafting, and staying current on legal tech trends.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in legal operations and contract lifecycle management, gain experience with enterprise CLM systems, enhance cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to process improvements that directly impact business agility and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a similar role, preferably within a technology company
- • Proven experience administering and optimizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Conga, Icertis)
- • Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology
- • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
