- • As a Legal Operations Senior Consultant at CSAA Insurance Group, you will oversee key areas of the legal operations function under limited direction, owning moderately complex initiatives that support department and division priorities while driving process improvement and change management.
- • Day to day, you will lead projects involving multiple stakeholders, apply project and change management concepts to adopt new tools and workflows, identify operational gaps and risks, prepare reports and presentations for leadership, facilitate meetings, and partner with attorneys, finance, IT, and other business functions to support corporate law, litigation, and division-wide initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- • Typically, a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal, legal operations, or litigation operations experience
- • Demonstrated experience managing operational functions and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- • Advanced knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures relevant to legal or litigation support functions
- • Strong understanding of law office and litigation office administration, facilities management, budgeting, purchasing, and legal technology
- • Working knowledge of legal operations, litigation operations, project management, financial management, and process improvement concepts
