📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Legal Department by managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Design, implement, and manage high-impact programs focused on improving compliance, data-driven decision-making, and process standardization within legal operations.
• Provide end-to-end project management for multi-faceted legal initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with departmental goals.
• Optimize legal workflows by identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement through process redesign and automation.
• Support data migrations and system integrations across legal technology platforms including Ironclad, Docusign, Relyance, OneTrust, Transperfect, AllVoices, Coupa, and Salesforce.
• Translate complex legal and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for legal leadership and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Legal, Finance, HR, and Engineering to execute initiatives that require alignment beyond the legal department.
• Act as a backup and overflow resource for Legal team members, providing operational support as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
• Leverage AI tools such as ClaudeAI to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve accuracy in legal operations workflows.
• Maintain structured documentation and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge retention across the Legal Operations function.
• Demonstrate ownership of initiatives from conception through execution, with precision, urgency, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Navigate ambiguity with structure, bringing clarity and organization to complex, evolving legal operations challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, asking clarifying questions and ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize legal operations through technology and data analytics.

• Proven success with multi-project planning and execution in a legal or corporate operations environment
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Proactive problem solver with strategic thinking and strong execution discipline
• High ownership mindset with excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• Passion for and experience leveraging AI tools in operational workflows
• Proficiency with legal tech platforms including Ironclad, Docusign, Relyance, OneTrust, Salesforce, and Coupa
