📋 Description

• As a Legal Solutions Architect, you will serve as Spellbook’s in-house legal expert and product strategist, bridging transactional law with product development and sales enablement to ensure the AI copilot solves real-world challenges faced by lawyers.
• You will join sales calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert, develop training materials and playbooks for in-house legal teams, represent Spellbook at webinars and industry events, and translate transactional workflows into actionable product features.
• Spellbook is a fast-growing legal tech company backed by leading investors, providing an AI copilot for transactional lawyers that integrates directly into Microsoft Word to accelerate contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in legal tech, shape product direction based on real legal workflows, build thought leadership, and scale your impact across hundreds of legal teams while working at the intersection of law, product, and sales.

🎯 Requirements

• A qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure
• Deep familiarity with contract negotiation, drafting, and review workflows
• An understanding of Large Language Models within the modern AI landscape
• Strong communicator with experience presenting to legal and business audiences
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and external customers
