- • As a Licensed Inside Sales Representative specializing in Property and Casualty insurance, you will be at the forefront of connecting with potential clients, guiding them through the complexities of insurance policies, and securing the coverage that best suits their needs. Furthermore, you will manage outbound follow-ups on unsold internet leads that show a strong potential for conversion, nurturing these prospects until a sale is made. The role also extends to servicing existing customer policies as needed, including making policy changes when direct customer service support is unavailable, thereby ensuring continuity and client retention. You will diligently follow up on requests from the underwriting department to ensure policy underwriting adherence and to enhance overall customer retention rates. Finally, you will actively participate in sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to remain current with evolving market trends, regulatory changes, and to maintain your state licensing, ensuring you are always equipped with the latest industry knowledge.
