• • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists who share a commitment to empathy, courage, and one-team thinking. Weekly case consultations and peer supervision groups foster continuous learning and clinical excellence.
• • Receive—or provide—clinical supervision for LCSW/LICSW candidates, sharpening your leadership skills while supporting the next generation of behavioral health professionals. Our structured supervision framework includes documented hours, reflective practice, and goal-setting aligned with Massachusetts licensure standards.
