- • Transform lives every day as a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) at LifeStance Health, the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the United States. You will deliver evidence-based, outpatient mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults across Massachusetts, helping to unify mental and physical healthcare in pursuit of a truly healthy society.
- • Enjoy complete autonomy over your schedule—choose full-time or part-time hours, decide which weekdays you work, and blend in-clinic sessions with telehealth from your home office. This flexibility empowers you to design a sustainable work-life balance while still serving a robust and diverse caseload.
- • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using medically driven treatment modalities in well-appointed offices or via our secure digital platform. You will leverage our fully integrated EMR system to streamline documentation, treatment planning, and outcome tracking, ensuring every session is both efficient and impactful.
- • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists who share a commitment to empathy, courage, and one-team thinking. Weekly case consultations and peer supervision groups foster continuous learning and clinical excellence.
- • Receive—or provide—clinical supervision for LCSW/LICSW candidates, sharpening your leadership skills while supporting the next generation of behavioral health professionals. Our structured supervision framework includes documented hours, reflective practice, and goal-setting aligned with Massachusetts licensure standards.
- • Focus 100% on clinical work while our dedicated support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, billing, and collections. This infrastructure eliminates administrative burden, reduces burnout, and allows you to spend more time doing what you love: delivering high-quality therapy.
- • Access unlimited, APA-approved continuing education credits at no cost, keeping your knowledge current with the latest research in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based interventions. LifeStance also offers free CE events led by nationally recognized experts.
- • Participate in outcome measurement initiatives that track client progress and demonstrate the real-world impact of your interventions. Your data will inform quality-improvement projects and contribute to LifeStance’s mission of expanding access to trusted, affordable mental healthcare.
- • Engage with a diverse patient population across more than 30 Massachusetts locations—from Arlington to Woburn—ensuring culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experience.
- • Earn a highly competitive W2 compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus. Your earning potential grows with caseload size, clinical specialization, and participation in supervision or program development initiatives.
