  • • As a Licensed Therapist at Brightline Interactive Inc., you will deliver evidence-based mental health care to children, teens, and families in Washington through virtual sessions, directly contributing to improved emotional well-being and developmental outcomes for youth in need.
  • • Your role is vital in expanding access to high-quality pediatric behavioral health services, supporting Brightline’s mission to provide inclusive, innovative care backed by national recognition and clinical excellence.
  • • You will provide comprehensive therapy to clients up to age 18, including individual and group sessions, develop personalized care plans, apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ERP, and PMT, and engage in measurement-based care to track progress and adjust treatment.
  • • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, participate in peer consultation, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development through case discussions and training opportunities.
  • • You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold ethical standards of practice, and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and telehealth best practices in a virtual care environment.
  • • You will support families by guiding caregivers in behavioral strategies, coordinating care when needed, and helping navigate school or community resources to reinforce therapeutic gains.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Washington unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience
  • • Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • • Completion of one of the following national examinations: NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB
  • • Extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and similar presentations in children and adolescents
  • • Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on empirical advancements
  • • Experience providing care virtually and a clear understanding of ethical standards in telehealth and pediatric mental health
