- • Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close, managing communication and documentation between agents, clients, lenders, closing companies, and other parties.
- • Manage a high volume of transactions, processing 30–50 deals per month during peak periods while maintaining prompt response times and proactive follow-up.
- • Take ownership of all transaction-related paperwork, including drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and ensuring complete and accurate file documentation.
- • Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors to ensure timely completion of required evaluations.
- • Proactively support multiple real estate agents by learning their working styles and anticipating their needs to maximize their time and reduce stress.
- • Guide clients through the closing process with expert support, promptly answering questions and minimizing anxiety during critical stages of the transaction.
- • Monitor all contractual deadlines and alert relevant parties when deadlines are at risk, taking action within your control to prevent delays and ensure on-time closings.
- • Maintain a gold standard of service excellence to drive high levels of agent and client satisfaction.
- • Work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities, using market knowledge and proprietary tools to inform clients about listing activities and transaction progress.
- • Communicate clearly and concisely via email and phone with clients, agents, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless transaction flow.
- • Demonstrate calm professionalism when resolving issues, managing conflicts, and addressing urgent concerns in high-pressure situations.
- • Maintain strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all transaction documents and timelines.
- • Uphold a strong sense of accountability for the overall agent and client experience, prioritizing service and outcomes above all else.
- • Utilize basic technologies including internet search and CRM tools, and quickly learn proprietary systems such as Redfin’s custom platforms and Google Suite.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid real estate license required
- • One year of customer service experience required
- • One year of real estate contract experience preferred, with knowledge of contingencies, settlement, and lending processes
- • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- • Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
