📋 Description
- • As a Licensing Administrator - Seasonal at eHealthInsurance Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring Benefit Advisors meet all regulatory and carrier requirements before serving customers, directly supporting compliance and agent readiness in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end licensing and carrier appointment processes, screening candidates for eligibility, preparing onboarding documentation, coordinating exam scheduling, submitting and tracking insurance license applications across states, monitoring renewals and continuing education, overseeing carrier appointments, partnering with Sales and Training teams, maintaining accurate advisor records, conducting gap analyses, and participating in UAT for system enhancements.
