📋 Description

• • The Licensing and Translation Manager (Scales Manager) at Cogstate Ltd. is responsible for the procurement, management, and distribution of traditional neuropsychological paper and pencil tests (scales) used in global clinical trials, including coordinating the migration of assessments into electronic format and working with eCOA vendors, licensors, and translation vendors to deliver final products to clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing tasks in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, delegating work to support staff, overseeing timely delivery of project deliverables, managing relationships with copyright holders and third-party vendors, reviewing vendor work and invoices, establishing and maintaining scales databases, and liaising with clinical science leads, logistics, and project teams to ensure adherence to study timelines and protocols.

• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in intellectual property and copyright law as it applies to neuropsychological scales, gain deep experience in clinical trial operations and vendor management, strengthen project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute directly to the success of global neuroscience research by ensuring compliant and timely access to critical assessment tools.
