📋 Description

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs, ensuring coherence across functional design, technical implementation, data strategy, and integration.
• Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams, translating strategic intent into architecture direction and stepping into functional or technical lead roles to resolve design impasses, ambiguity, or alignment issues.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected, scalable Salesforce solutions that can expand globally while maintaining security and compliance standards.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, key performance indicators, and operational workflows across Sales, Service, and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Prepare comprehensive functional solution documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, technical designs, data flows, triggers, and user interface logic.
• Apply deep expertise in global data residency, data sovereignty, and privacy laws specific to the healthcare and Life Sciences domains.
• Partner with Salesforce product teams and third-party vendors to shape solution approaches and leverage the latest platform capabilities, including AI/ML tools like Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and generative AI in commercial Life Sciences applications.
• Design and implement end-to-end integration architectures using tools such as Boomi or Workato, with expertise in event-driven architectures and enterprise API strategies within regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Lead delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, multi-team Scrum) and shape methodology decisions for large-scale engagements.
• Demonstrate hybrid functional and technical proficiency with sufficient depth on both sides to independently design and validate comprehensive CRM solutions.
• Apply specialized experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms across commercial, medical, and patient-facing use cases.
• Drive scalable, compliant, and future-ready CRM implementations that align with iRhythm’s mission to improve cardiac health through data-driven solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience with demonstrated tenure in Sr. BSA and CRM solution architecture
• Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms and expertise in their application across commercial, medical, and patient-facing use cases
• Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale (e.g., SAFe, multi-team Scrum)
• Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI tools) within Life Sciences commercial solutions
• Deep integration architecture experience including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy in complex Life Sciences environments
