- • As the inaugural Lifecycle Marketer at Kovo Credit Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention, directly contributing to our mission of accelerating economic opportunity for historically excluded individuals. This is a unique opportunity to build a critical marketing function from the ground up within an early-stage, high-growth startup, leveraging cutting-edge AI to redefine personalized customer journeys.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of lifecycle marketing. You will own and continuously evolve Kovo’s lifecycle marketing strategy across key channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. This involves a deep dive into existing lifecycle programs, where you will conduct thorough audits to identify and implement optimizations aimed at enhancing user activation, engagement, retention, and ultimately, maximizing long-term customer value. A significant part of your role will be designing and scaling sophisticated event-driven lifecycle programs. These programs will be engineered to deliver highly personalized, behaviorally-triggered messaging, ensuring that each customer interaction is relevant and timely. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust, modular email design system or library. This system will be designed with AI tools in mind, aiming to significantly increase both the speed of deployment and the overall quality of our email communications. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner closely with the Product and Data teams to ensure that all lifecycle messaging is seamlessly integrated with product events and user behavior, creating a cohesive and responsive customer experience. A core focus will be on conversion rate optimization (CRO). This entails defining the experimentation framework, strategically prioritizing and sequencing A/B tests across various lifecycle messaging touchpoints and web conversion funnels, and meticulously documenting all learnings to inform future strategies. Furthermore, you will be tasked with exploring and implementing innovative AI-powered workflows and proactive messaging agents. The goal here is to enhance personalization, drive cross-sell opportunities, and improve product discovery, fundamentally transforming what a small lifecycle team can achieve. You will have the mandate and resources to prove out the transformative potential of AI in deeply embedded workflows.
