You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that connect individuals with the mental health support they need, ultimately increasing both provider signups and monthly session counts.
- • As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end user journey, from initial engagement to sustained utilization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the provider lifecycle to ensure a seamless and effective experience, directly contributing to the platform's growth and impact. You will identify critical touchpoints within the user journey, developing and implementing targeted campaigns to encourage new client signups and boost the number of completed therapy sessions.
- • This role demands a data-driven approach. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, and leveraging these insights to craft compelling and effective marketing communications. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and meticulously managing automated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This includes developing sophisticated welcome sequences for new users, nurturing ongoing engagement, and implementing re-engagement strategies for dormant users.
- • A core component of your role will involve rigorous A/B testing and optimization across all campaign elements. You will experiment with subject lines, messaging content, send times, audience segmentation, and calls-to-action to continuously enhance key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Your goal is to ensure every communication is as effective as possible in driving desired user actions.
- • You will be the go-to expert for managing and utilizing our marketing automation platform. Hands-on experience with platforms like Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or HubSpot is essential for deploying campaigns, tracking performance, and generating insightful reports. This includes leveraging the platform's capabilities to segment audiences effectively and personalize communications at scale.
- • Technical proficiency will also be key. You will utilize basic HTML knowledge to build, quality-assure, and deploy responsive email and SMS message templates. Ensuring these templates render correctly across various devices and email clients is paramount for a professional and consistent user experience.
- • Beyond the technical execution, you will be a skilled storyteller. You will strategize, write, and edit compelling, brand-aligned copy for all lifecycle communications. This copy must resonate deeply with individuals seeking mental health support, conveying empathy, clarity, and the value of Tava Health's services.
- • Continuous monitoring, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance are vital. You will track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for refining our lifecycle strategies. Regularly presenting these results and insights to stakeholders will be a key part of keeping the team informed and aligned.
- • Collaboration is central to success. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define the necessary customer and event data required to execute our conversion strategies effectively. This cross-functional partnership ensures our marketing efforts are supported by robust data infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or email marketing, preferably within a high-growth tech or healthcare/wellness environment.
- • Demonstrated expertise in driving measurable conversions and user engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- • Hands-on, expert-level experience with a modern marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot).
- • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and compelling copywriting abilities.
- • Proficiency in setting up and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
- • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation and troubleshooting.
