- • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at BioRender, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that foster deep engagement and long-term loyalty within our global community of scientists. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive suite of lifecycle marketing programs that span the entire customer journey. This includes meticulously crafting and refining the onboarding experience to accelerate time-to-value, developing activation campaigns that drive product adoption, and creating nurture streams that encourage deeper feature utilization and ongoing engagement.
- • You will be responsible for building and enhancing targeted communication flows across various channels, including email, in-app messaging, and other owned platforms. These initiatives will be designed to guide users through their journey, ensuring they derive maximum value from BioRender and become active, satisfied customers. A key aspect of this role involves supporting and executing robust experimentation initiatives, such as A/B testing, implementing behavioral triggers, and developing sophisticated segmentation strategies. The goal of these experiments is to continuously improve critical metrics related to activation, retention, and overall conversion rates.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Product Marketing, Data, and RevOps. This partnership is crucial for ensuring that lifecycle touchpoints are seamlessly integrated with new feature launches and product updates, creating a cohesive and intuitive user experience. You will also be tasked with developing sophisticated audience segmentation frameworks to enable highly personalized messaging, thereby enhancing campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve monitoring and reporting on key lifecycle marketing KPIs. This includes tracking activation rates, engagement levels, retention metrics, churn rates, and expansion signals. You will leverage data-driven insights from these reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic optimizations to existing programs. Your analytical skills will be vital in translating data into actionable marketing strategies.
- • You will contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company by ensuring that lifecycle programs are aligned with broader business goals. This involves a continuous cycle of testing, learning, and iterating on customer experiences to drive sustained growth and customer advocacy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization techniques, coupled with a hands-on approach to campaign execution and optimization. Your ability to translate complex user behaviors into effective marketing actions will be paramount to success in this role.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a product-led SaaS company that is revolutionizing science communication. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to empowering scientists worldwide. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a data-driven mindset to fuel continuous improvement and growth. Your contributions will directly influence how scientists engage with and benefit from BioRender, ultimately accelerating scientific discovery and communication globally.
🎯 Requirements

- • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- • Comfort working with data to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and inform optimization strategies.
- • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, Braze).
- • Experience running A/B tests and applying insights to improve conversion and retention outcomes.
- • Experience marketing to scientific, technical, or highly specialized audiences is a strong plus.
🏖️ Benefits
