📋 Description

• As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Pendulum, you will own the day-to-day build, deployment, and optimization of email and SMS programs in Klaviyo, directly contributing to the company’s mission of improving global health through microbiome science by driving engagement, retention, and conversion for therapeutic probiotic offerings.
• You will be responsible for creating and launching campaigns and flows, conducting QA on sends, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating based on data and cross-functional feedback to continuously improve customer journeys and lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
