- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing engine for 4 million global customers, orchestrating campaigns that span email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-product notifications and emerging channels to drive activation, retention and revenue growth.
- • Design and execute data-driven, multi-touch customer journeys that move users from first purchase through renewal and expansion, using segmentation, behavioral triggers and predictive models to deliver the right message at the right moment.
- • Build, launch and iterate lifecycle campaigns at scale—from copy and creative to localization, audience targeting and QA—ensuring every touchpoint feels personal, on-brand and culturally relevant for 150+ markets.
- • Run a rigorous test-and-learn program: A/B and multivariate experiments, subject-line optimization, send-time analysis, channel mix tests and lifecycle flow redesigns; surface insights weekly to product, revenue and marketing partners.
- • Partner daily with Product Managers, Revenue Ops and Data teams to align lifecycle messaging with feature launches, pricing changes and upsell moments, translating business goals into measurable campaign objectives.
- • Map and continuously refine customer health scores, churn predictors and LTV models; translate findings into automated nurture streams that rescue at-risk users and accelerate high-value cohorts.
- • Champion a customer-obsessed mindset: audit existing comms for tone, clarity and value, eliminate friction, and ensure every interaction deepens trust in the Hostinger brand.
- • Maintain best-in-class deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, WhatsApp Business Policy) while pushing creative boundaries and exploring new formats like interactive emails and rich WhatsApp cards.
- • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and localization specialists to produce thumb-stopping creative that converts across languages and cultures, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.
- • Report on core KPIs—activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, MRR uplift, churn reduction, NPS impact—and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership in monthly growth reviews.
- • Contribute to the 2025 lifecycle roadmap: introduce new channels (push, content cards), expand triggered event coverage and build a center of excellence that scales as Hostinger doubles its user base.
- • Mentor junior marketers and share Braze/Iterable hacks, lifecycle frameworks and copywriting best practices across the 5-person squad and broader marketing org.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—AI personalization, zero-party data strategies, privacy-first marketing—and pilot innovative tactics that keep Hostinger at the forefront of SaaS lifecycle marketing.
