- • As a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - APAC, you will ensure that all contract-related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients are performed with focus on legal compliance and superior employee experience without compromising on speed, playing a critical role in supporting global employment operations.
- • You will serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements, draft and administer employee lifecycle documents, advise on employment legislation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal, government bodies, trade unions), manage employee data securely, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Employee Lifecycle team.
- • You will join Remote, a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges, with team members across 6 continents, operating asynchronously and guided by core values including Innovation, where AI and automation are integrated into every role.
- • You will develop expertise in global HR operations, employment law across jurisdictions, contract lifecycle management, and process optimization, while gaining experience in a fast-paced, international, remote environment and contributing to Remote’s mission of making work accessible for everyone, everywhere.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with ability to lead difficult conversations to positive outcomes while maintaining confidentiality
- • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages considered a plus
- • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and promoting best practices
- • Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously on tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite, and adapt to evolving systems
- • Capable of working independently and cohesively in an international, fast-paced, remote environment with multiple priorities and flexible hours
