- • As a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management - APAC at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring compliant and seamless employee lifecycle management for Remote’s global workforce, directly supporting the company’s mission to make work accessible for everyone, everywhere by managing contracts with legal precision and exceptional employee experience.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the custodian of employment terms and agreements, draft and administer employee lifecycle documents (including employment agreements, amendments, letters, and forms), advise on employment legislation across jurisdictions, collaborate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and trade unions to ensure compliance, maintain accurate global documentation on contracts management, identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities, and safeguard confidential employee data with the utmost discretion.
- • You will join the Employee Lifecycle team within Remote’s Lifecycle Operations, a globally distributed, asynchronous team spanning 6 continents, where innovation, automation, and AI are embedded into every role, and where diverse talents and cultures are valued to build a best-in-class HR platform.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global employment law, contract lifecycle management, and cross-border HR operations; develop advanced skills in process optimization, automation, and stakeholder collaboration; and gain experience influencing compliance and employee experience at scale in a fast-paced, remote-first environment—positioning you for growth into senior lifecycle or HR operations leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills to lead difficult conversations to positive outcomes while maintaining confidentiality
- • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages considered a plus
- • Aptitude and enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes, including identifying automation opportunities and promoting best practices
- • Tech-savviness with ability to collaborate asynchronously on tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite, and adapt to evolving systems
- • Ability to work independently and cohesively in an international, fast-paced, remote environment with flexible hours as needed
