- • As a Lifecycle Specialist in Employee Relations & Transitions, you will manage employee exits and provide first-level employee relations support for Remote’s external employees across 80+ countries, directly influencing compliance coverage and customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end offboarding processes, lead termination meetings, draft legal documents, coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits teams, conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, and drive process improvements through automation and best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively in ambiguous environments.
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations to positive outcomes while maintaining confidentiality.
- • Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages considered a plus.
- • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, with a focus on automation, record-keeping, data integrity, and adapting to evolving HRIS tools.
- • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote international team with flexible hours and strong ownership.
