  • • The Lifecycle Specialist, Time and Attendance - AMER role is essential for ensuring accurate and compliant management of time and attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, directly supporting legal compliance and exceptional employee experience.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as an expert on time and attendance matters, managing employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases (such as Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, Public Holidays, and Working Time), advising on employment legislation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies), maintaining global documentation, ensuring data confidentiality, identifying process improvement opportunities, and promoting Remote’s values.
  • • The role is part of the EOR Operations team within Remote, a fully remote company operating across 6 continents, dedicated to solving global employment compliance challenges through innovation, automation, and AI, with a mission to make work accessible for everyone, everywhere.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global employment laws, gain experience in cross-border HR operations, contribute to process automation and product improvements, build stakeholder management skills, and grow within a mission-driven, values-based organization that supports internal mobility and professional development.
