• • The Lifecycle Specialist, Time and Attendance - AMER role is essential for ensuring accurate and compliant management of time and attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, directly supporting legal compliance and exceptional employee experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as an expert on time and attendance matters, managing employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases (such as Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, Public Holidays, and Working Time), advising on employment legislation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies), maintaining global documentation, identifying process improvements, and safeguarding confidential employee data.
• • The role sits within the EOR Operations team under the Lifecycle function, reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance, and operates in a fully remote, asynchronous, fast-paced environment across multiple countries and time zones.
• • The specialist will develop expertise in global employment laws, process automation, cross-functional collaboration, and data integrity while contributing to product improvements and employee experience initiatives aligned with Remote’s mission of making work accessible worldwide.
