- • The Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance role is essential for ensuring accurate and compliant management of time and attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, directly supporting legal compliance and exceptional employee experience in a global HR platform.
- • Day to day, the specialist will serve as an expert on time and attendance matters, manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases with precision, advise on employment legislation across jurisdictions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll and legal teams, maintain confidential employee data, update global documentation based on legislative changes, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
