- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated conversational responses in Arabic (Egyptian dialect) to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance.
- • Assess chatbot interactions based on predefined core dimensions including fluency, coherence, tone, grammar, semantic fidelity, and adherence to regional linguistic norms.
- • Provide detailed, constructive feedback on AI outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies, or unnatural phrasing that impact user experience.
- • Apply deep knowledge of Egyptian Arabic syntax, idioms, colloquialisms, and sociolinguistic nuances to judge authenticity and naturalness of AI responses.
- • Follow standardized evaluation rubrics and quality guidelines provided by RWS to maintain consistency across all assessments.
- • Flag content that is misleading, offensive, culturally insensitive, or linguistically inappropriate for Egyptian users.
- • Participate in periodic calibration sessions to align evaluation standards with project leads and other auditors.
- • Document observations and patterns in AI performance to support iterative improvements in model training and fine-tuning.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting weekly output targets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- • Manage time flexibly to complete a minimum of 10 hours of auditing work per week, choosing work hours that suit personal schedule.
- • Ensure all evaluations are conducted with confidentiality and in compliance with data handling protocols for AI training data.
- • Contribute to the enhancement of conversational AI systems used in customer service, virtual assistants, and multilingual chatbot applications.
- • Collaborate with a global team of linguists and AI specialists to refine evaluation methodologies and improve output quality across dialects.
- • Maintain consistent quality standards across diverse conversational contexts including customer support, informational queries, and casual dialogue.
- • Receive and implement feedback on your evaluations to continuously improve assessment precision and alignment with project goals.
- • Be eligible for future opportunities to participate in similar linguistic AI projects with RWS upon successful completion of initial assignments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (Egyptian dialect)
- • Academic degree in Translation, Linguistics, Arabic Language, or a closely related field
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze and critique written language with precision and cultural awareness
- • Reliable internet connection and ability to use web-based evaluation platforms
- • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
- • Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying evaluation criteria
