- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated chatbot conversations in French (France) based on predefined linguistic and conversational dimensions.
- • Assess dialogue flows for accuracy, fluency, coherence, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to native French language norms.
- • Apply linguistic expertise to identify errors in grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and tone within AI-generated responses.
- • Provide detailed, structured feedback on AI model outputs to guide improvements in natural language generation.
- • Follow standardized evaluation rubrics and quality guidelines provided by RWS to ensure consistency across assessments.
- • Review a variety of conversational contexts including customer service, informational queries, and casual dialogue scenarios.
- • Maintain high standards of precision and attention to detail when identifying subtle linguistic flaws or unnatural phrasing.
- • Deliver evaluations in a timely manner while managing a flexible workload of 10+ hours per week.
- • Collaborate with project leads to clarify evaluation criteria or report anomalies in AI behavior.
- • Contribute to the refinement of AI communication systems by highlighting patterns of recurring errors or cultural misalignments.
- • Work remotely with full autonomy over scheduling, completing tasks at any time of day or night.
- • Engage with cutting-edge AI technologies used in conversational AI development, directly influencing product quality.
- • Participate in a project that supports the advancement of human-like AI interactions in French-speaking markets.
- • Maintain confidentiality of all project materials and data provided by RWS Holdings plc.
- • No prior experience with AI systems is required — only professional linguistic expertise or an academic degree in translation.
- • This is a freelance position with no expectation of long-term commitment beyond the scope of the project.
- • Compensation is based on hourly rate, not output volume, allowing focus on quality over speed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional linguist or holder of an academic degree in translation
- • Native or near-native proficiency in French (France)
- • Strong understanding of French grammar, syntax, semantics, and sociolinguistic norms
- • Ability to provide detailed, objective, and structured linguistic feedback
- • Reliable internet access and ability to work independently on a remote freelance basis
- • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
