• • This pivotal role is designed for an experienced professional with a robust background in Information Technology and a proven track record in litigation support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient access to critical case-related data by managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise e-Litigation systems across a complex, multi-network enclave environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our customer's vital operations.
• • As a Litigation Support Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of e-Litigation platform management. You will be tasked with the administration and ongoing maintenance of leading litigation support platforms such as Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Nuix, and Lexmark. This includes ensuring these systems are operational, secure, and performing at optimal levels across various network enclaves, each with its unique security and operational requirements.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve performing intricate queries within these sophisticated systems and other relevant tools. This will extend to conducting in-depth analysis of diverse information sources, meticulously developing timelines that reconstruct events, identifying communication patterns among involved parties, and implementing rigorous data quality controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all case-related information. Your analytical prowess will be key to uncovering critical insights that shape legal strategies.
• • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data visualization and accessibility for case teams. This involves developing dynamic data dashboards directly within case repositories like Relativity or Everlaw. Alternatively, you may leverage commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) data analysis tools, such as Power BI, to create intuitive and informative dashboards. These visualizations will empower case teams by providing clear, actionable insights, facilitating more efficient review processes and informed decision-making.
• • This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of both technical systems and the nuances of legal support. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring seamless user experience for legal professionals who rely on these platforms daily. Your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into practical solutions for legal workflows will be highly valued.
• • We are looking for an individual who can not only manage the technical infrastructure but also contribute strategically to how technology can best serve litigation efforts. This includes staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the e-Discovery and litigation support space, and recommending innovative approaches to improve efficiency, security, and effectiveness. • • This is an on-site position located in Washington, DC, requiring your full-time presence. Remote work arrangements are not possible for this role. The successful candidate must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and demonstrate the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) accesses.
